Care and Returns
Tree sizes, stand guidance, fresh-tree care, and order support.
Fresh-tree expectations
Christmas trees are seasonal, perishable items. We inspect trees before delivery and recommend reviewing your tree when you receive it.
Order concerns
If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos if helpful. We will review the issue and work with you on the best next step.
Tree care
For best freshness, place your tree in water quickly, keep the stand filled, and keep the tree away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and dry air vents.
Tree Sizes and Recommended Stands
Allow room for your stand and tree topper when measuring ceiling height. Check doorways and elevators before choosing a larger tree.
