Local delivery is available only for select Miami ZIP codes, including Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and nearby neighborhoods. Wynwood orders are welcome for pickup at the lot. Pickup and delivery start November 20, 2026. Preorder dates and timing are confirmed with you; the in-season delivery speeds below do not start when a preorder is paid.

Before delivery
- Delivery requires a Christmas tree in this order. All add-ons and stands without a tree are pickup only.
- Condos / High Rise Buildings, please check with the building management and make sure to ask for ANY restrictions for Christmas tree deliveries. Delivery times, specific elevators to use, correct entrances for delivery, and codes needed for entry. Please state these in delivery notes.
- Make sure someone is available to receive the tree.
- Have the setup area clear for tree placement BEFORE arrival.
- Orders outside the delivery ZIP codes are pickup only unless confirmed directly.
